Job Description
The Hampton by Hilton Hamburg City Centre is seeking a temporary Hotel Operations Manager to support the Hotel Manager in maintaining the hotel's operations. The role involves managing departments, assisting with daily operations, recruiting new employees, and ensuring a positive guest experience. This is a substitute position due to illness, offering a central location and modern environment.
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in the hotel industry with a focus on front office / rooms
- First operational management experience
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident handling of common hotel software
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Leadership personality with the ability to inspire and motivate
