Job Description
The Staff Accountant will manage payroll and benefits accounting tasks, assisting with monthly accounting close, financial reporting, and compliance. They will also contribute to process improvement and business transformation initiatives. The role requires strong knowledge of GAAP and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Prepare weekly reporting for assigned client groups
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly journal entries
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare financial and analytical schedules
- Assist with budget planning
