Senior Business Development Manager (Insurance)

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to work with our Major Account customers, train and develop our agent base, and support junior members of the team. The ideal candidate will have proven success in closing B2B sales, be able to establish rapport and trust with customers, and have a target-driven mentality.

• Proven success in closing B2B sales both up-selling and cross-selling
• Ability to establish rapport and trust with customers quickly and efficiently over video call and face to face
• Target driven mentality with the ability to stay motivated and resilient even under pressure
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, autonomous environment
