Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that empowers more than 2,000 individuals with disabilities and other barriers to achieve independence, employment, and wellness across the state. By operating a network of thrift retail stores, the organization turns donated apparel and goods into revenue that fuels its behavioral health, developmental disability, employment, and affordable housing programs. Its services address a broad spectrum of challenges—including language, brain injury, substance use, and physical or mental disabilities—while fostering community integration and responsible living. Guided by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of local leaders, Goodwill's locally driven approach ensures that every program reflects the specific needs of the Greater Nebraska community.

High school degree and 0-10 years of experience
Retail Supervisor
2+ years of experience working with the public, prior supervisory experience preferred, valid Nebraska driver's license required

Provide customer service, prepare donated items, and maintain store environment
Semi Driver
6 months to 1 year of driving experience, valid CDL, and ability to lift 100 lbs

Previous experience in customer service and cash handling is desirable

High school diploma, experience with rehabilitation for persons with disabilities, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 pounds
