Job Description
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead individual projects in transforming planning, tracking, and control processes. The role will involve providing senior level management with insightful recommendations, planning, and reporting support. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience, is also required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field
- 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree
- Experience building systems, processes, and governance
- Knowledge of the ML infrastructure, current landscape, and strategic priorities
- Ability to present complicated analysis, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and help influence decisions
- Ability to independently generate and drive initiatives to improve efficiency
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and business judgment to drive recommendations for ML investments
