Food & Beverage Supervisor (Part-time Secondment) - Pickering

Pickering Casino Resort is seeking a Part-time Food & Beverage Supervisor on Secondment. This position involves overseeing and directing front-of-house staff, providing excellent customer dining experience, and encouraging a welcoming work environment. Requirements

• Assign responsibilities and duties to respective roles to effectively manage operations.
• Conduct performance evaluation, coaching, and issuing of corrective actions.
• Maintain payroll systems and comply with policies and procedures.
• Complete daily reports and documents.
• Assist with full recruitment process.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints.
• Provide training to new and existing employees.
• Develop communication and implementation plans.
• Liaise with marketing operations and report on marketing results.
• Support the GEM program with team member awareness initiatives.
• Contribute to site marketing plan.
• Maintain budgeted loyalty and promotional costs.
• Coordinate effectively with operational department heads.
