High school diploma/GED + Algebra-level math, computer/spreadsheets skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are also required
Asphalt Groundsperson
High school diploma/GED or equivalent. 3+ months related experience preferred. Effective verbal/written communication
Crane/Heavy Equipment Operator
NCCC Certification and CDL B license required. Must adhere to OSHA safety policies and maintain equipment as specified
Site Superintendent
High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Experience operating heavy equipment (milling, paving, etc.)
Pipe Foreperson
Bachelor's degree required or 1+ years related experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary. Driving and safety compliance are required
Plant Maintenance/Utility Person
High school diploma/ GED, or related experience. 3+ months experience preferred. MSHA or relevant safety certification a plus
Road Mechanic
High school diploma/GED required. CDL B and a clean driving record are essential. Experience with MECH tools & safety practices is also important
Road Mechanic
High school diploma or equivalent, CDL B, and general computer knowledge required
Diesel Mechanic High School Co-op
Technical high school enrollment & basic skills required. Able to work a 2nd shift. Physically capable of performing shop tasks
2nd Shift Diesel Mechanic
1+ year certificate in diesel mechanic or 2+ years related experience. CS or equivalent. CDL. Clean driving record and willingness to work a 2nd/3rd shift
