Field Service Engineer - Japan

Hamilton Company is seeking a Field Service Specialist to join its Robotics team, supporting, repairing and maintaining robotic instrumentation in Japan.

Requirements

• Providing high quality customer support through instrument installation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Performing new equipment installation
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Troubleshooting and repairing Hamilton equipment
• Reporting problems and performing root cause analysis on instrument failures
• Regularly commuting to and from customer sites with the ability to navigate within the region
• Ability to train non-technical personnel on highly technical material
• Ability and willingness to work in a safety conscious manner necessary due to potential hazardous chemicals and biologicals
• Ability to learn new robotic operating systems
• A current, valid Driver License
