Strength and Conditioning Coach

Harlem Children’s Zone is seeking a passionate and dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach to join their PA I Athletics team. This role involves designing and implementing exercise programs to enhance athletic performance and reduce injury risk, with a focus on improving opportunities for children and families in education, work, and life. The position requires a commitment to the organization's mission and a strong understanding of youth sports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least two years of coaching experience
• Strong knowledge of basketball
• Knowledge of youth sports and safety guidelines
• Ability to travel to away games/events
