Job Description
The HIV Social Worker/Care Coordinator - HIV Grant works in collaboration with other service/agency providers for persons infected with HIV/AIDS; provides service for individuals regardless of age, race, religion, gender, beliefs, culture, mental and physical ability and sexual orientation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work (may be obtained after hire if already enrolled per the department's discretion)
- Current LSW or LCSW
- Social work experience in a health care setting is preferred
