Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, commissioning, or field service roles

2+ years’ experience as an environmental engineer or environmental professional, Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science/Management, Engineering or technically related field

Ph.D. in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or related field, 4+ years of lab experience, background in small molecule or polymer synthesis, and hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation

10+ years in technology delivery, customer success, or program management roles; experience with Al/ML-based product rollouts in B2B or enterprise environments; proven leadership of cross-functional teams, including matrixed reporting lines

MBA degree is required. Experience in marketing/product management, and strong financial analysis are needed. Team leadership and communication skills are also expected

Bachelor's in related field. 5+ years in technical support. Strong understanding of formulations & quality systems. Traveling 40% of the time is required
