5+ years experience as an inspector or firefighter, Associates in Arts or Fire Science Degree preferred
Finish Equipment Operator (Grader)
4-8 years of experience in finish grading capacity, high school diploma required
Stormwater Designer
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 3+ years of experience in Public Works Engineering, with experience in water resources and hydrology preferred
Firefighter EMT 56 hour
Requires high school diploma, Florida Firefighter II Certificate, and EMT certification. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical and medical requirements for firefighter and hazardous material per N.F.P.A. Standards
Volunteer Firefighter - Highlands County Fire Rescue
Must be at least 18 years old, complete application process, and attend meetings/trainings
Paramedic
High school degree, Florida Commercial Driver's License, and acceptable personal/professional driving history
Library Assistant I
High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in public library system or customer service
Traffic Operations Manager
One year of experience and completion of safety classes/courses
CAC Victim Services Specialist - PART TIME
5 years of experience, Bachelor's degree, valid driver's license, and training within 3 months
