- Supports manufacturing schedules as required, meeting customer commitments and on-time deliveries
- Coordinates and manages the manufacturing efforts of multiple departments
- Supports programs to meet all cost and safety goals
- Maintains all department costs within budget
- Manages the effectiveness of the production supervisory team
