Job Description
Spirit Jersey is seeking a creative and technically skilled Senior Graphic Designer to lead sales strategy for specialty and department stores. This role involves building relationships with buyers, managing channel growth, and contributing to revenue goals. The company focuses on innovative, trend-driven fashion and blending storytelling with apparel design.
Requirements
- 7+ years of wholesale sales experience in apparel, lifestyle, or licensed product industries
- 3+ years in a leadership or senior account role
- Proven history of successfully placing and growing branded or licensed apparel programs
- Strong understanding of assortment planning, merchandising strategy, and seasonal line presentations
- Proficiency in ERP and PLM systems (A2000 and Centric preferred)
- Experience leveraging digital tools and reporting dashboards
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel regularly for trade shows, account visits, and key meetings
