A Learning & Development Manager is needed to structure, guide, and evolve the company's development activities, combining product ownership, innovative pedagogy, operational contribution, and team management.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master in pedagogy, instructional design, or equivalent
- Experience managing or coordinating a learning design/training development team
- Pedagogical design, digital learning, or immersive formats expertise
- Regulated environment (aviation) experience
- Leadership, communication, organization, and strategic vision
- Digital tools, LMS, authoring tools, MS Office/Google Workspace skills
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, and good spoken knowledge of French
