Job Description
The Plant Accountant will serve as an expert in quantitative and qualitative variance analysis, working closely with plant operations and management teams to identify and interpret data to make effective operational decisions.
Requirements
- 2+ years related experience working for a manufacturing company with a fully integrated ERP system, preferably SAP
- BS Degree in Finance or related field
- Prior experience leading group projects
- Must be strong in Excel
- Highly organized with an ability to work well under tight time constraints
- Strong ability to communicate technical accounting materials to non-accountants
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
