The HR Generalist III is responsible for running the daily functions of the Human Resource department, including hiring, interviewing, benefits, and enforcing company policies and practices. The role will also involve partnering with plant leadership to deliver a high-performance culture and providing customer service support to employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or Management is preferred
- 3+ year of relevant HR experience (required)
- Minimum of 2 years HR experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment
