Director of College Counseling - IDEA Travis College Prep (Immediate Opening)

As a Director of College Counseling, you will oversee the graduation plan and college enrollment for all students at the assigned campus. You will manage a team of College Counselors and Road To and Through College Teachers, and be responsible for initiatives to educate students about college education and help them navigate the college research, admissions, and enrollment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 3+ years of professional experience in K-12 education or higher education, required
• 1+ years of college access experience, required
• 1+ years of experience managing people or teams, highly preferred
• Valid Counseling certificate preferred
