Senior Manager, Adviser Growth & Enablement role to rebuild market confidence in MLC Super by driving a strategic internal and external activity program (Take to Market Plan) to deepen advocacy and increase utilisation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution
• Strong understanding of superannuation, platforms (Wrap), and advice ecosystems
• Broad investment knowledge across equities, fixed income, and alternative investments
• Experience in sales enablement – creating training, sales kits, objection handling guides, and adviser-facing collateral
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement and coordination across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Compliance teams
• Strong commercial mindset
