Job Description
Insurify is a rapidly growing MIT FinTech startup specializing in artificial intelligence and technology to modernize insurance comparison and management. They are seeking a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead their commercial engine end-to-end, partnering with sales, legal, and product teams to drive revenue growth and profitability. The role involves overseeing key areas like carrier partnerships, pricing & yield, and customer operations.
Requirements
- 15+ years driving revenue in marketplace/fintech/insurtech or adjacent regulated categories.
- Ownership of a $1.0B+ multi-channel P&L.
- Proven pricing/yield optimization and partner/carrier negotiation track record.
- Strong leadership of teams across Partnerships, RevOps/Analytics, and Enterprise/B2B.
- Data fluency (SQL literacy, BI familiarity, experimentation at scale).
- Experience deploying AI/agent assist in sales or QA (preferred).
- Operator‐athlete with high judgment, hands-on with data, decisive and accountable, results driven.
