The Jewish Community Alliance (JCA) is a Jewish Community Center located in Jacksonville that offers a comprehensive range of fitness, recreational, and cultural programs to residents of all ages. The 95,000‑square‑foot facility houses a state‑of‑the‑art fitness center, full‑court basketball gym, indoor track, aerobics studio, heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, clay tennis courts, racquetball courts, and spa amenities including saunas, steam rooms, and a whirlpool. JCA’s programming includes nationally accredited preschool, after‑school childcare, family and arts education, theater, and a variety of sports and wellness classes. By combining extensive athletic amenities with educational and cultural offerings, JCA provides a unique, inclusive hub that enhances community well‑being and fosters lifelong learning.

Evening Housekeeper-Part Time
High school degree, ability to read and interpret documents, and basic math skills required
Babysitter
CPR/AED and First Aid certification, excellent communication skills, and ability to follow directions
ECE Teachers Assistant-FT
Minimum of CDA or currently seeking a CDA, experience in the field desired, ability to speak and write in proper English
Daytime Housekeeper-Part Time
High school degree not required, ability to read and interpret documents, basic math skills, and ability to communicate effectively
JCAmp Unit Head
HS graduate with 3+ years of experience in planning multifaceted programs, education and experience may be combined to count for experience. Minimum two years’ college education; education or a related field strongly preferred. Prior experience, three years minimum in children’s programming including summer camp, staff supervision, and activity implementation
JCAmp Counselor
Rising junior in high school with prior experience working with children or knowledge of sports, STEM, visual arts, and/or theatre preferred
PE Sports Specialist - Tumbling/Gymnastics Coach
Previous experience in coaching or teaching, CPR/First Aid Certified, and ability to lift 50 lbs
JCAmp Summer Specialty Instructor
3+ years of experience or a combination of collegiate education and experience planning multifaceted programs, experience in a school setting and/or summer camp working with children, and good judgement, reading, and writing skills
Early Childhood Education Teacher
AA degree in ECE, ability to speak and write clearly, and use good judgment
