The successful candidate will provide comprehensive Voice and Email support to customers, ranging from end-user support to coordination with vendors and other teams, while delivering a high level of customer service and quality of service.

Requirements

• 6 months of experience in a similar role
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• Native Czech speaker
• Accredited certification on maintenance of PCs, mobile devices, laptops, operating systems and printers
