Job Description
Journey Clinical is seeking a California-licensed telehealth psychiatric nurse practitioner to conduct patient intake and follow-up consultations via telemedicine, prescribe medication, and monitor patient outcomes. The ideal candidate has a patient-first mindset, a deep work ethic, and a dedication to providing the highest level of patient care.
Requirements
- California-licensed telehealth psychiatric nurse practitioner
- Minimum 1 year psych experience as a PMHNP
- DEA registration (can be obtained with assistance)
- Comfortable prescribing controlled substances and for anxiety and depression
- Ability to quickly synthesize medical and psychiatric information to formulate effective clinical recommendations
- Patient-first mindset, deep work ethic, and dedication to patient care
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced startup environment
- Interest in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy
