Job Description
Dragontail Systems is seeking a Data Analyst to contribute to the XM Project. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide insights, improve business strategies, and potentially create predictive models. This position requires collaboration with business leaders and creating compelling dashboards for monitoring key metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar data analysis role.
- Strong proficiency in Snowflake and BI-based reporting.
- Expertise in DOMO and BI reporting, app-based dashboards, and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and techniques.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Highly proactive and self-motivated.
- Experience with Content Square or other user experience analysis tool.
