Job Description
HealthPartners is hiring a Mammography Technologist Lead I to perform mammography screenings according to ACR guidelines. This role requires professional patient interaction, adherence to standard procedures, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will be a strong educator and motivator, capable of leading others effectively and contributing to a high-quality mammography program.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology and registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Completion of Initial Mammography Training Program
- Current ARRT Registration
- Initial Mammography Certification
- Knowledge of anatomy, mammographic positioning, and proper application of radiographic principles
- Proficiency in operating mammography equipment
