Job Description
We are looking for a Culinary Developer to develop and continuously optimize our products across our main brand "Loco Chicken" and our brand extensions. The successful candidate will develop new recipes, standardize kitchen processes, and ensure that our products are scalable and profitable.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in culinary product development
- Culinary training, ideally as a chef/cook or comparable experience
- Experience in developing and implementing SOPs in professional kitchens or production environments
- Strong understanding of food costing, portion sizes, and margin calculation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with chefs and operations and business teams
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Passion for great food and ability to develop products that customers love
