We’re hiring an acquisition-focused Growth Lead to work directly with our Head of Growth to scale Listen from $XX → $XXX ARR. You’re a highly quantitative, experimental, and energetic performance marketer who’s excited to join a fast-growing, early-stage startup in a career-defining role.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing, ideally at a high-growth startup.
- Prior experience in consulting or investment banking is a plus.
- Highly data-driven, comfortable digging into dashboards, spreadsheets, and attribution to uncover insights and guide decisions.
- Fluent in modern marketing tools like Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker/Mode, Webflow, and others.
- Customer-obsessed, always thinking about the ICP, their journey, and how to reach them with the right message at the right time.
