The Lucas County Guardianship Services Board (LCGSB) administers a public guardianship program serving mentally incompetent adults. The Social Services Supervisor will oversee all LCGSB-related guardianship services, including work direction, case management, policy development, data analysis, and reporting. This role involves working with ward families and collaborating with community partners to provide appropriate guardianship services.

Requirements

• Oversees LCGSB implementation of guardianship services.
• Develops, implements, and revises Social Services procedures and protocols.
