Job Description
The Production Worker is responsible for assembly of plastic IBC totes and steel cages, adhering to safety protocol and quality standards. This role requires daily operation of production equipment, changeovers, and outbound shipments. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions in English language
- Troubleshoot problems and report issues
- Work well in a team environment
- Plant facility runs 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, excluding designated holidays or prearranged shut down
