Job Description
Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to expand and maintain customer relationships, investigate quality issues, and contribute to a growing team. The role focuses on building strong customer bonds and promoting brand identity, while ensuring efficient shipping and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of B2B manufacturing sales or distribution sales experience, preferably with industrial-oriented UN packaging.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or industry experience in lieu of degree.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong sales hunter mentality.
- Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be comfortable in office, factory and warehouse environments.
