The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for creating a world-class culinary experience, designing and supervising all hotel food and beverage services, and exceeding the high expectations of luxury hotel guests.
Requirements
- Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an F&B Manager in boutique luxury hotels or top restaurants/bars
- Proven success in designing and implementing innovative F&B concepts and achieving financial targets
- Excellent knowledge of international standards for food safety and hygiene (HACCP)
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
