We are looking for an experienced Recruiter for a full cycle of recruiting from Talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring great employees. The Recruiter will be responsible for bringing in new business, managing existing accounts, and recruiting on all open roles. Salary is commensurate with experience and commissions.
Requirements
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
