Job Description
McMillan Pazdan Smith, a well-established architecture, interior design, and advisory firm, is seeking a Project Manager to join their Healthcare Team in Charleston, SC. The role involves leading and managing projects, establishing client relationships, and ensuring optimal project execution. The firm prides itself on strong client relationships and community partnerships.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program
- 10+ years combined experience as a design professional and/or architect
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit
- Familiarity with building technology fundamentals
- Thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes, and trends
- Excellent time management, organizational and written and verbal communication skills
