Senior Instructional Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer to drive the development and design within our Learning Management System (LMS). As an Instructional Designer, your main responsibilities will include: Design and Development, LMS/CMS Enhancement, eLearning Authoring, Customization and Interactivity, Content Maintenance, and Innovation.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience in design, with a strong focus on instructional design for LMS and CMS systems.
• Proficient in using Articulate Storyline and RISE for e-learning development, including strong skills in UX, instructional design, and storyboarding.
• Solid understanding of how CSS, HTML, and JavaScript are used to customize and enhance interactive learning components.
• Self-motivated and possess a naturally curious approach to problem-solving and innovation.
• Able to meticulously apply a style guide to ensure content consistency and brand alignment.
