Meyer Distributing is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Kingman team. The Customer Account Manager is responsible for all inside sales functions including but not limited to inbound/outbound telephone calls and the processing of sales documents and represents Meyer and its interests with the highest regard to customer satisfaction in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication and telephone skills
- Ability to communicate on the phone 90 percent or more of shift
- Ability to understand customer’s current needs and anticipate future customer requirements
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to give special attention to detail required
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
- Planning/organizing and follow up skills
- Excellent negotiating abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
