Job Description
The Senior Firmware Engineer will lead the architecture and design of our embedded software platform, driving technical strategy and mentoring a team of engineers. This role requires a strong understanding of embedded Linux, wireless technologies, and FDA compliance. The position is office-based and not remote. It is expected to be a 4 day a week role in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Requirements
- Lead the architecture and design of custom embedded Linux platforms and OEM modules.
- Architect the software framework for diverse connectivity options.
- Lead the resolution of complex system-level issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with software, cybersecurity, and other engineering teams.
- Drive the formal software documentation and verification strategy.
