Medical Records Coordinator
High school diploma or GED, 1+ year of medical records experience, knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, and patient privacy regulations
Assistant Office Coordinator (Physical Therapy)
High school diploma or GED, customer service skills, Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency, healthcare insurance benefits knowledge, and prior medical experience
Radiologic Technologist
Graduate of an accredited X-Ray Technologist Program, ARRT Certification, IEMA Certification
Outpatient MRI/CT Technologist
Graduate of ARRT approved program, registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and minimum of one year of MRI orthopedic experience
Rehab Tech
High school diploma or GED, previous rehab aide experience preferred, excellent customer service skills
Outpatient MRI Technologist
3 years of MRI orthopedic experience, ARRT approved program, X-Ray certification, and 1 year of Siemens MR Scanners
Rehab Tech (Part-Time)
Previous rehab aide experience preferred; Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required; Basic knowledge of equipment required
Patient Coordinator
High school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and medical office experience preferred
Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time)
BA/BS, MS preferred; graduate of AMA accredited PA program or NP program; Current Illinois state PA or NP license; Certified by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants or certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners
Manager of Accounting
Bachelor's degree in accounting, 4+ years' audit experience, and strong knowledge of GAAP
