Job Description
This position involves overseeing department operations, ensuring procedures and resources align with goals for quality, efficiency, and safety. It focuses on following SOPs, addressing defects, maintaining food safety regulations, and meeting metrics like BMPH, Cost/lb., PPMH, and A Grade. The role requires a strong understanding of poultry operations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred (in Agriculture, Operations Management, or Business)
- 3+ years’ supervisory experience (preferred)
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) knowledge and experience
- USDA regulations on sanitation and pre-operations guidelines
