Job Description
The Mountaire Animal Group Management Trainee Program offers a structured 6-month intensive program designed to develop future leaders. It involves comprehensive exposure to the organization's operations, culminating in the development of a capstone project, which will be presented to senior leadership. The program provides both rotational and capstone work experience, with a focus on operational experience and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Agriculture Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in a career in management and leadership
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to travel to different facilities (DE & NC)
