Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience, National certification as a Surgical Technologist, Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration

Bachelors degree in Nursing, 3 years experience in acute care setting, BLS Certification required
Clinical Quality Improvement Coord RN
RN with 15+ years of service may be considered in lieu of education agreement, BLS certification, Three (3) years of experience in a clinical setting, One (1) year of Population Health, Quality management/quality improvement experience
Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) - Birth Center
1 year of patient care or clerical experience in a medical setting
Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry/Oncology
RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement
Surgical Technologist
Current Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration, National certification as a Surgical Technologist (preferred), Current BLS Certification
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Med Surg Onc
Current Washington State CNA license, Current BLS Certification, One (1) year experience in physician's office or other medical facility preferred
Provider Staff Scheduling Coordinator
High school graduate or equivalent, 2 years related medical office experience, and post high school office procedures training or relevant college level courses
Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Med Surg Oncology
Current CNA license, BLS certification, and 1 year experience in a medical facility preferred
Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) - Birth Center
1 year of patient care or clerical experience in a medical setting, or completion of an approved Unit Secretary vocational training course
