High school diploma, 3 years of experience in administration, recruitment, or workforce development, basic computer skills, and strong communication skills

5+ years of grant management experience, 3+ years of writing grant proposals, Master’s degree preferred

3+ years of experience in managing complex, multi-year federal or state-funded projects, Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, public administration, IT, or related field

High school diploma, basic computer skills, and ability to work independently required
