Job Description
Program Manager, HR Strategic Initiatives will apply project management expertise alongside Lean Six Sigma and change management principles to drive key HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, required
- Master's degree preferred
- Certification: PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Prosci, SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR
- 5-7 years of professional experience in Human Resources, project management, or process improvement roles
