Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in civil litigation
- Experience with state and federal courts preferred
- Ability to research, draft pleadings, and effectively communicate
- Experience with deposition, discovery, trial preparation, and trial assistance
- Admission to the California State bar required
- Local travel for court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, site inspections, and depositions
