Legal Secretary

Oikonomakis Law, a well-established law firm in the Philippines, is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Secretary/Administrator to join their growing team. The role requires excellent administrative and organizational skills, fluency in English, German, and/or Dutch, and a strong computer literacy. This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Fluency in German and/or Dutch
• University degree
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and discretion
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
