Director of Sales

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is seeking a Director of Sales to lead sales efforts for new development projects in Florida. The role involves onboarding and managing sales agents, managing the CRM, presenting purchase offers, and overseeing the contract closing process. This position requires a strong leader with experience in real estate sales and development.

Requirements

• Strong Real Estate industry experience combined with Sales Leadership success background.
• Active Florida Real Estate license required.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate sales strategies and sales presentations.
• Strong leadership and mentoring mindset and track record.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial and structured thinker/doer preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree
