Job Description

Requirements
- Strong real estate industry experience combined with Sales Leadership success background
- Active Florida Real Estate license required
- Proven ability to effectively communicate sales strategies and sales presentations
- Strong leadership and mentoring mindset
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial and structured thinker/doer preferred
