Requirements
- 1–2 years' experience in a customer-facing role (customer success, account management, or sales) ideally within the crypto industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with clients at all levels
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools and data platforms (e.g. Salesforce) is a strong advantage
