Job Description
Pallon is a spin-off from ETH Zurich focused on AI-powered defect detection in sewer inspection videos. They are seeking an Account Manager to manage existing clients in the DACH (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) region. The role involves building relationships with municipalities, engineering firms, and inspection companies to maximize client value and ensure long-term customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements
- +3 years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or consultative sales
- Fluency in German & English
- Proven track record of expanding customer accounts and increasing contract values
- Strong consultative sales skills
- Experience building relationships with key decision-makers in municipalities, engineering firms, or inspection companies
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience with account engagement strategies
