• Experience of working in a fast-paced, complex / matrixed multi-national organisation
• Ability to build credible and effective relationships, maintaining respect and pragmatism in dealings with all stakeholders across functions and geographies
• Strong attention to detail, policy and process development and delivering to deadlines
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Good commercial and business acumen
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools (Diligent, SharePoint, Microsoft Office)
• Strong work ethic and results focused
