Job Description
We’re looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to become the voice of Partao for our DACH customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1/C2) and strong English communication skills.
- 1–3 years’ experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, or Operations Support — ideally in a startup, marketplace, or e-commerce environment.
- Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and empathy for customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and digital tools to track data and performance.
